��i� <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY ADOPTING A COST RECOVERY POLICY FOR THE <br /> PROCESSING OF PLANNING RELATED APPLICATIONS FOR <br /> MAJOR PROJECTS; AMENDING RESOLUTIONS 11333 AND 6882; <br /> AND REPEALING RESOLUTION 11334. <br /> WHEREAS, on June 9, 1990, the City Council of the City of Redwood City (the <br /> "City Council") adopted Resolution No. 11333 which established a fee schedule for <br /> permit processing and related services provided by the Department of Community <br /> Development and which rescinded all resolutions or provisions in conflict therewith; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, also on June 9, 1990, the City Council adopted Resolution No. <br /> 11334 which amended Paragraph 4 of Resolution No. 6882, as amended by Resolution <br /> No. 7805 related to the fee schedule for the evaluation of certain projects and the <br /> preparation of environmental documents; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to amend provisions of Resolutions <br /> 11333 and 6882 to provide for a cost recovery program for the processing of planning <br /> related applications for major development projects and repeal Resolution No. 11334; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Since 1990 the City of Redwood City has had a written policy on <br /> (The "Childcare Policy"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Childcare Policy provided that the childcare needs of those who <br /> reside and work in the City be integrated into the City planning process; and <br /> Atty/Reso/Reso.1398 1 <br /> 091604 <br /> _ ,_... <br />
