Recommendation: <br /> It is recommended that the City Council; <br /> 1. After receiving input at a duly noticed public hearing, adopt a resolution <br /> implementing the Planning Cost Recovery Policy, and <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CIN COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> ADOPTING A COST RECOVERY POLICY FOR THE PROCESSING OF <br /> PLANNING RELATED APPLICATIONS FOR MAJOR PROJECTS; AMENDING <br /> RESOLUTIONS 11333 AND 6882; AND REPEALING RESOLUTION 11334 <br /> 2.
