�.i ��� <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AMEND AGREEMENT FOR <br /> PROFESSIONAL PLANNING AND REDEVELOPMENT CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> (KEYSER MARSTON ASSOCIATES, INC.) <br /> This Amendment No. 2 is entered into and effective as of the day of <br /> September, 2004, amending the Agreement dated July 8, 1999 (the "Agreement") by <br /> and between the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> public body, corporate and politic, duly organized and existing under the laws of the <br /> State of Califomia (the °Agenc�'), and KEYSER MARSTON ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> ("Contractor") (collectively the "Parties") for professional planning and redevelopment <br /> consulting services. <br /> RECITALS <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has performed the services under the Agreement to the <br /> satisfaction of the Agency; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency continues to require Contractor's professional services; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Agreement to increase the not-ta <br /> exceed amount of the Agreement by Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00). <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. That the Agreement is hereby amended to increase the combined total of <br /> the compensation and reimbursement costs by a not-to-exceed amount of Fifty <br /> Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00). <br /> 2. All other provisions of the Agreement will remain in fult force and effect. <br /> 3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Contractor <br /> pursuant to the Agreement will include coverage for this Amendment. <br /> 4.
