"(b) In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Uniform <br /> Plumbing Code, 1994 Edition, hereinafter referred to as the Plumbing Code, and <br /> the provisions of this chapter, the provisions of this chapter shall apply." <br /> "Section 9.81. Section 103.4.1 of the Plumbing Code is hereby amended <br /> to read as follows: <br /> "`Section 103.4.1. Every applicant for a permit to do work regulated by <br /> this code shall pay to the Building Official for each permit at the time of issuance <br /> a fee established by resolution of the City Council." <br /> "Section 9.82. Section 604.1.1 is hereby added to the Plumbing Code to <br /> read as follows: <br /> "Section 604.1.1. Metallic piping shall not be used underground in those <br /> areas underlain by younger bay mud (see map published by Redwood City <br /> Building Division for approximate locations)." <br /> "Section 9.83. Section 609.3 of the Plumbing Code is hereby amended <br /> to read as follows: <br /> "Section 609.3. Water piping shall not be installed in or under a concrete <br /> floor slab within a building without prior approval of the Administrative Authority. <br /> When approved, such piping shall be installed in accordance with the following <br /> requirements: <br /> ORD-001 18 <br /> FXS:rg <br /> 10/23/95 <br /> 11/13/95R <br />
