Unpolluted Water. Water to <br />which no constituent has been added, either intention- <br />ally or accidentally, which would render such water <br />unacceptable to the City or the Authority for disposal <br />to storm or natural drainages, or directly to surface <br />waters. <br /> "Section 27.3.33.
