<br /> DES:dft 12/17/90 (028/8) <br /> DES:dft 6/11/93R (016/11) <br /> 6/24/93R <br /> 7/22/93R <br /> with the operation or performance of the <br /> Sewerage Facilities. <br /> (b) No Person shall discharge Hazardous Waste <br />into the Sewerage Facilities except pursuant to a <br />permit issued by Authority's Manager upon a <br />determination that such Hazardous Waste will not <br />constitute or create a Detrimental Discharge. <br /> (c) Except pursuant to an express applicable <br />Pretreatment Standard, no User shall ever increase the <br />use of Process Water or, in any other way, attempt to <br />dilute a discharge of Waste or Wastewater as a partial <br />or complete substitute for adequate treatment to <br />achieve compliance with a Pretreatment Standard. The <br />Authority may impose limitations upon Mass Emission <br />Rates on Users which are using dilution to meet <br />applicable Pretreatment Standards or in other cases <br />where the imposition of mass limitations is <br />appropriate. <br /> "Section 27.11. Specific Sources Prohibited. No <br />Person shall discharge, cause to be discharged, or <br />permit to be discharged, either directly or indirectly <br />into the Sewerage Facilities, Waste or Wastewater from <br />any of the following sources unless a permit therefor <br />is issued by the City's Director subject to the <br />concurrence of Authority's Manager: <br /> (a) Any stormwater, groundwater, rainwater, <br /> street drainage, sub-surface drainage, or <br /> yard drainage; <br /> 14 <br />
