DES:dft 12/17/90 (028/8) DES:dft 6/11/93R (016/11) 6/24/93R 7/22/93R substance capable of causing obstruction to the flow in the Sewerage Facilities, or which in any way interferes with the proper operation of the Sewerage Facilities; (f) Containing any Pollutant not otherwise specifically prohibited in these regulations, in sufficient quantities to constitute a hazard to humans or animals, or to create a hazard to the Sewerage Facilities, or to injure or interfere with the operation thereof; (g) Comprised of any Waste containing suspended solids, not otherwise specifically prohibited under the provisions of these regulations, the characteristics or quantity of which require or requires unusual attention, treatment, or expense in handling or treating in the Sewerage Facilities, or any portion thereof; (h) Any Waste streams with a closed cup flashpoint of less than 1400 Fahrenheit; (i) Any trucked or hauled Wastes except at points designated by the Authority or City. "Section 27.14. Specific User Limitations. Not- withstanding the limitations upon the Wastewater Constituents and Characteristics of Wastewater discharged, caused to be discharged, or permitted to be discharged into the Sewerage Facilities pursuant to this Article, Authority's Manager may, in connection with the issuance of permits pursuant to the provisions of Article IV, establish additional or different specific limitations on Wastewater strength, or deny an application for any such permit, upon a finding by him or her that: (a) The limitations set forth in this Article may not be sufficient to protect the operation of the Sewerage Facilities, or any portion thereof, or the Waste or Wastewater proposed 17 - .... .., ....
