When any Private Sewage Disposal System <br />is abandoned, the top of the septic tank portion of <br />said system shall be removed and the tank drained and <br />filled with well-compacted fine soil or sand. The <br />abandonment of the Private Sewage Disposal System as <br />described herein shall be completed to the satisfaction <br />of the Health Officer or Building Official within ten <br />(10 ) days after connection to the Sewerage Facilities <br />has been approved and completed. <br /> "ARTICLE VIr.
