<br /> DES:dft 12/17/90 (028/8) <br /> DES:dft 6/11/93R (016/11) <br /> 6/24/93R <br /> 7/22/93R <br /> placed on, across, under or into the bed of any creek, <br /> di tch or natural storm water drainage channel, within <br /> any storm drainage easements or public utility <br /> easements or pub 1 i c utility easement adjacent to, <br /> abutting and adjoining any creek, ditch or natural <br /> storm water drainage channel, or against or along the <br /> bank of any creek, ditch or natural storm water <br /> drainage channel within the City, unless a permit is <br /> first obtained therefor from City's Director by the <br /> Person proposing to make any such alteration or change <br /> in any creek, ditch, natural storm water drainage <br /> channel, storm drainage easement or public utility <br /> easement adjacent to, abutting and adjoining any creek, <br /> ditch or natural storm water drainage channel in the <br /> City. <br /> "Section 27.91. Application. All applications <br /> for the permit required by the preceding Section shall <br /> be made to City's Director accompanied by such <br /> evidence, including a plan of the proposed construction <br /> or alteration, sufficient to enable City's Director to <br /> determine whether or not the proposed construction <br /> within, or alteration of, any creek, ditch or natural <br /> storm water drainage channel, storm drainage easement <br /> or public utility easement adjacent to, abutting or <br /> adjoining any creek, ditch or natural storm water <br /> drainage channel within the City is of a substantial <br /> nature or may constitute a permanent potential <br /> 57 <br />
