Nuisance. FEES AND CHARGES <br /> "Section 27.100. Service Charges. (a) Established. <br /> The following charges are hereby established and levied <br /> upon each Premise or any portion thereof which receives <br /> or uses sewerage service from the Sewerage Facilities: <br /> (1) Residential. All residential units including <br /> single-family, duplexes, multi-family dwellings or <br /> structures and similar classes of uses: <br /> (i) Monthly rate, effective September 26, 1993 - <br /> $16.11 per dwelling unit. <br /> (ii) Monthly rate, effective July 1, 1994 - $16.92 <br /> per dwelling unit. <br /> (2) Retailr Commercial.
