All institutions where the sick or <br /> injured are given medical or surgical care: <br /> (i) Minimum monthly rate, effective September 26, <br /> 1993 - $16.11, <br /> Plus an additional monthly charge of $2.05 per 100 <br /> cubic feet of Waste or Wastewater discharged or <br /> deposited into the Sewerage Facilities in excess <br /> of 1,000 cubic feet. <br /> (ii) Minimum monthly rate, effective July 1, 1994 <br /> - $16.92, <br /> Plus an additional monthly charge of $2.15 per 100 <br /> cubic feet of Waste or Wastewater discharged or <br /> deposited into the Sewerage Facilities in excess <br /> of 1,000 cubic feet. <br /> (7) Industrial.
