<br /> DES:dft 12/17/90 (028/8) <br /> DES:dft 6/11/93R (016/11) <br /> 6/24/93R <br /> 7/22/93R <br /> Authority's Manager describing the cause or causes of <br /> such unauthorized discharge, and measures taken, or <br /> proposed to be taken, to prevent future similar <br /> occurrences. Such report shall not relieve any User of <br /> liability for any expense, loss, or damage suffered or <br /> incurred by the City or the Authority, directly or <br /> indirectly, by reason of such unauthorized discharge. <br /> Such report shall not relieve or absolve any person <br /> from civil liabilities, or imposition of civil or <br /> criminal penalties in any manner whatsoever. <br /> "Section 27.121.2. Notices to Employees. Every <br /> non-domestic User, every User issued a Mandatory <br /> Wastewater Discharge Permit pursuant to Section <br /> 27.31.1, and every User issued a Discretionary <br /> Wastewater Discharge Permit pursuant to Section 27.31.2 <br /> shall prominently post a notice on the Premises to <br /> which the permit pertains advising of the requirement <br /> to notify Authority's Manager of any unauthorized <br /> discharge, including the telephone number of <br /> Authority's Manager to be called in the event of such <br /> discharge. Authority's Manager may require any User to <br /> inform and advise his or her officers, agents, and <br /> employees of any particular provisions of this Chapter, <br /> any permit issued pursuant to this Chapter, Authority's <br /> Regulations, or Other Requirements of Law, or of any <br /> other information which may be of assistance in <br /> 76 <br />
