Appeals. <br /> "Section 27.130.1. Director's Decision Final. <br /> Decisions of City's Director with respect to <br /> matters under his or her exclusive enforcement <br /> jurisdiction (Articles V-VIII, inclusive) shall be <br /> final, and no administrative appeal shall lie <br /> therefrom. Determination of City's Director under <br /> Subdivision (b) of Section 27.100 (User Categories) <br /> shall be appealable to Authority's Commission as <br /> therein provided. <br /> "Section 27.130.2. Right to Appeal Decisions of <br /> Authority's Manager. Any User, permittee, applicant, <br /> or owner of Premises aggrieved by the determination of <br /> Authority's Manager with respect to matters under his <br /> or her enforcement jurisdiction may appeal such <br /> determination to Authority's Commission by filing a <br /> written notice of appeal with Authority's Manager <br /> wi thin 10 days of the date of said Manager's <br /> determination. The notice of appeal shall set forth the <br /> facts and reasons supporting the appeal. Hearing on <br /> the appeal shall be held by Authority's Commission <br /> within 30 days from the date of filing the notice of <br /> appeal.
