<br /> DES:dft I. / 5 / 9 3 (014/11) <br /> - ~4/93R <br /> after being requested to leave by the person <br /> in charge of the premises or by a peace <br /> officer, is guilty of an infraction. <br /> "Section 17.3. Exceptions. <br /> Section 17.2 shall not apply in any of the following <br />instances: <br /> (1) When its application would interfere with or <br /> prevent peaceful labor picketing or other <br /> lawful labor activity; <br /> (2) When its application would interfere with or <br /> prevent the lawful exercisee of rights <br /> protected by the federal or state <br /> constitutions; <br /> (3) When its application would result in a <br /> violation of the Unruh Civil Rights Act or <br /> any other law which prohibits unlawful <br /> discrimination; <br /> (4) When its application would result in a <br /> violation of the provisions of Penal Code <br /> Section 365. <br /> "Section 17.4. Penalties. The penalties for violation <br />of Section 17.2 shall be as set forth in Section 1. 7 (b) of <br />this Code. <br /> "Section 17.5. Severability.
