Adopt a resolution implementing the Planning Cost Recovery Policy: <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION 14609 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY ADOPTING A COST RECOVERY POLICY FOR THE <br />PROCESSING OF PLANNING RELATED APPLICATIONS FOR MAJOR <br />PROJECTS; AMENDING RESOLUTIONS 11333 AND 6882; AND REPEALING <br />RESOLUTION 11334 <br />2. Introduce an ordinance amending the FY 2004/05 general fund budget that <br />reflects staff's recommendation to implement the Planning Cost Recovery <br />Policy and prepayment of the CalPERS Employee Contributions.
