Options <br />Council has the following options: <br /> <br />Initiate the General Plan Amendment <br />Staff will proceed with review process for both the Broadway <br />and Bay Block sites. <br /> Initiation of the GPA is not a project approval. <br /> <br />Deny the request <br />Applicant would amend application to include the Broadway <br />Block only, and satisfy the requirements of the Affordable <br />Housing Ordinance in another way. <br /> <br />Either way, a project-level EIR will be required. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
