FY 2016-17 Mid-Year Budget Update and Amendments, and Proposed <br />Process for Development of FY 2017-18 Budget (501) <br /> <br /> Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt resolution appropriating and transferring certain funds for <br />specified purposes to conform the budgeted amounts to actual <br />revenues or expenditures for transactions which have occurred or are <br />anticipated to occur during Fiscal Year 2016-17 including the addition <br />of two Communication Dispatcher positions; <br />2. By motion, authorize the City Manager, or designee, to pay all <br />invoices and expenses related to relocation of residential uses at <br />Docktown Marina and related legal and consulting fees, including <br />amounts in excess of $60,000, to enable timely payment. Periodic <br />reporting of the expenses paid will be provided to the Council; <br />3.
