Working Group. The City and District shall promptly establish a Sandpiper Joint Use Facility Working Group ("Working Group"). This Working Group shall include the Director of Redwood City Parks and Recreation or his/her designee and an additional City representative of his/her choice, the Belmont -Redwood Shores School District Superintendent or his/her designee and an additional District representative of his/her choice, and the President of the Belmont -Redwood Shores School District Parent Teachers Association or his/her representative. This Working Group shall meet at least one time every six months in order to (a) establish a mutually agreeable schedule for use of the multi-purpose room/community center and other joint use facilities; (b) establish a mutually agreeable schedule which allows the City to use two elective classrooms within the New Classroom Building to conduct activities consistent with activities currently being conducted on school property and/or in the multipurpose room/community center, such activities to be scheduled to occur during non -school hours or when school is not in session; (c) review maintenance and repair needs for joint use facilities and areas, create a plan to complete necessary maintenance and repairs, and determine, consistent with this Agreement and any other relevant agreements, cost responsibilities for such maintenance and repairs.
