30. Default. <br />a. For purposes of this paragraph, the following words and terms <br />shall have the meanings respectively ascribed thereto: <br />1. Abandon or Abandonment - the failure of District to <br />occupy and use the School Site for a Permitted Use for 24 cgnsecutive <br />months. <br />2. Default or Event of Default - the occurrence of any of <br />the following: <br />a. Abandonment of the School Site by District; <br />b. Encumbrance of the School Site or any School <br />Facilities thereon by District with any encumbrance except a Permitted <br />Encumbrance; <br />C. Use of the School Site by District for any other <br />purpose than a Permitted Use; <br />d. Failure of District to pay, when due, any obligation <br />(including, without limitation, payments of principal and interest, <br />penalties, or any other amount of amounts) under a Permitted <br />Indebtedness; <br />e. commitment by District of any other material breach <br />or default under any Permitted Indebtedness; <br />f. Failure of District to budget, appropriate funds, or <br />otherwise provide for payments of principal and interest or principal or <br />interest, or for any other payment required to be made at the times, and <br />in the manner required under any Permitted Indebtedness; <br />g.
