<br /> DES: df+-" 10/22/92 (011/11) <br /> WHEREAS, as a result of said State legislation certain <br />portions of funds heretofore appropriated by adoption of the <br />Fiscal Year 1992-93 Budget Ordinance are no longer available and <br />said appropriations must be cancelled in part pursuant to the <br />provisions of Section 51.5 of the Charter of the City of Redwood <br />City; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> SECTION 1. Cancellation of Appropriations. The amounts <br />heretofore appropriated to the offices, departments (described as <br />"Programs" and "Subprograms" in the Fiscal Year 1992-93 Budget) , <br />objects and purposes stated in the Fiscal Year 1992-93 Budget, <br />and correspondingly described in Exhibit "A" hereof, entitled, <br />"Budget Revisions", attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein, are hereby cancelled in part in the amounts <br />set forth in Exhibit A under the column designated "Reduction <br />Amount" for each of the offices, departments, programs, <br />subprograms, objects and purposes as specified in Exhibit A. <br /> SECTION 2. Effect. Except as amended pursuant to Section 1 <br />hereof, all other resources allocated and appropriated pursuant <br />to adoption of the Fiscal Year 1992-93 Budget Ordinance shall <br />remain so appropriated, subject to the provisions of said <br />ordinance and the Charter of the City of Redwood City. <br /> SECTION 3. Effective, Operative Dates. This ordinance <br />shall be effective thirty (30) days from the date of its <br />adoption, and shall be operative retroactively from and after <br />July 1 , 1992. <br /> * * * 2056 <br /> 2 <br /> -"---- <br />
