Two (2) inches of sand <br />shall be provided between the vapor barrier and the <br />concrete slab. The top of the concrete floor slab <br />shall be a minimum six (6) inches above exterior <br />finished grade. '" <br />"Section 9.44. Sections 1243(a)9 and 1243(b), Appendix <br />Chapter 12, Division III of the Building Code are hereby <br />deleted and shall have no force or effect in the City. <br />"Section 9.45. Section 7007, appendix Chapter 70 of <br />the Building Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "'Section 7007. Grading Fees. At the time of <br />filing for a grading permit, the applicant shall <br />deposit funds to cover the costs of plan checking. <br />Prior to plan approval, additional fees shall be <br />deposited to cover the costs of inspection.
