Exhibit A <br />All those parcels of real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State <br />of California, as shown on that certain map entitled "Record of Survey No. 2383", recorded on <br />March 4th, 2013, in Volume 38 of Licensed Land Surveyor Maps at page 38, San Mateo County <br />Records, being more particularly described as follows: <br />PARCEL 1 <br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the northwesterly right-of-way line of Buckeye Street with the <br />northeasterly right-of-way line of Main Street as shown on said record of survey; <br />THENCE along said northeasterly right-of-way line, North 24"39'11" West 23.50 feet to the <br />beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 40.00 feet; <br />THENCE along said curve, through a central angle of 47°19'51", 33.04 feet to the southwesterly <br />right-of-way of Hancock Street <br />THENCE South 60°08'53" East 35.64 feet to the northwesterly right-of-way of Buckeye Street; <br />THENCE South 29°55'14" West, along said right-of-way line, 41.21 feet to the POINT OF <br />BEGINNING, containing an area of 958 square feet. <br />PARCEL 2 <br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the southeasterly right-of-way line of Buckeye Street with the <br />northeasterly right-of-way line of Main Street as shown on said record of survey; <br />THENCE along said northeasterly right-of-way line, North 24°39'11" West 36.82 feet to the <br />intersection with the centerline of said Buckeye Street and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; <br />THENCE continuing along said northeasterly right-of-way line, North 24°39'11" West, 36.82 feet <br />to the intersection with the northwesterly line of Buckeye Street; <br />THENCE along last said northwesterly right-of-way line, North 29°55'14" East 41.21 feet to the <br />intersection with the southwesterly right-of-way line of Hancock Street; <br />THENCE along last said southwesterly right-of-way line, North 60°08'53" West, 35.64 feet to the <br />southerly right-of-way line of Woodside Road, State Route 84 as shown on said record of survey, <br />being a point on a non -tangent curve to the right, from which point a radial line, from the curve <br />to the radius point, bears South 671920" East <br />Page 8 of 32 <br />REV: 01-26-17 PR <br />IG\��7/GC�7:�I�yr��iE:7i[:YI%7 LF11'ii.9i <br />
