THENCE along said centerline, North 29°55,14" East, 93.52 feet to the intersection with the <br />westerly right-of-way line of Woodside Road, State Route 84, as shown on said record of survey, <br />being a point on a non -tangent curve to the right, from which point a radial line, from the curve <br />to the radius point bears South 84"1841" West <br />THENCE along last said westerly right-of-way line, along said curve, having a radius of 123.00 <br />feet through a central angle of 35"36'33", and an arc length of 76.44 feet; <br />THENCE continuing along said westerly right-of-way line, South 29"55'14" West 21.91 feet <br />THENCE North 60104'46" West, 23.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, <br />Containing an area of 1,624 square feet, more or less; <br />PARCEL 9 <br />BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the southwesterly line of Hancock street with the <br />southeasterly line of Buckeye Street and running THENCE southeasterly along said line of <br />Hancock street to the most northerly corner of Lot No. 1 in Block No. 42 in the Eastern Addition <br />to Redwood City, which map as filed for record November 03, 1862 in Book 2 of Miscellaneous <br />Records at Page 85 and a copy entered in Book 1 of Maps at Page 81, records of San Mateo <br />County; <br />THENCE at right angles southwesterly and parallel with said line of Buckeye Street to the easterly <br />line of Mound Street <br />THENCE northwesterly along said line of Mound Street to the said southeasterly line of Buckeye <br />Street, and THENCE northeasterly along said line of Buckeye Street to the PLACE OF BEGINNING <br />and being a portion of said Block No. 42 in the Eastern Addition to Redwood City. <br />Parcel contains 11,478 square feet, more or less. <br />PARCEL 10 <br />Lots 1 and 2, in Block42 as said block is shown on the map entitled, "Map of the Eastern Addition <br />of Redwood City", filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, State of <br />California on November 03, 1862 in Book 2 of Miscellaneous Records at Page 85 and copied into <br />Book 1 of Maps at Page 81. <br />Excepting however, therefrom that portion thereof conveyed to the State of California for street <br />purposes by deed recorded August 23, 1962 in Book 4277 of California, and described as follows: <br />Page 12 of 32 <br />REV: 01-26-17 PR <br />ATTY/AGR.2017.018/1629 Main St <br />
