By motion, approve the Parcel Map for lot merger at 1629 Main Street; <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Improvement <br />Agreement with Butler Realty III, LLC; <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape Maintenance <br />Agreement with Butler Realty III, LLC; <br />4.
