COMMENCING at the northwesterly line of Spruce Street with the Southwesterly line of Hancock <br />Street, as said streets are shown on said map; <br />THENCE along said northwesterly line of Hancock Street North 60° 08' 53" West, 74.10 feet to a <br />point of cusp; <br />THENCE from a tangent that bears South 60° 08'53" East along a curve to the Right with a radius <br />of 78 feet, through an angle of 71° 38. 38", an arc distance of 97.53 feet to said northwesterly line <br />of Spruce Street; <br />THENCE along last Said line North 29° 55' 14" East 53.44 feet to the POINT OF <br />COMMENCEMENT. <br />Parcel contains 9,090 square feet, more or less. <br />END OF DESCRTIPTIONS <br />All bearings and distances shown on this exhibit are based upon the North American Datum of <br />1927 (NAD27), California Coordinate System, Zone III.
