By motion, to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape <br />Maintenance Agreement with Varun Enterprises, Inc.; <br />2. By motion, to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater <br />Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement with Varun Enterprises, Inc.; <br />3. By motion, to approve the Public Access Easement Deed, and authorize the City <br />Manager to, upon receipt of a signed Deed, accept the Public Access Easement Deed <br />granted by Baldev Mann & Gurmeet Mann for the property at 2215 EI Camino Real, <br />execute the Certificate of Acceptance for such Deed, and modify the content of the Public <br />Access Easement Deed as necessary to receive a signed Deed. <br />Motion carried unanimously by roll call vote. <br />Silvia Vonderlinden <br />City Clerk <br />
