Any tenant, former tenant, or other <br />interested person, may oppose the Developer's statement by <br />filing notice thereof with the Director within five (5) days <br />from the date of the Developer's notice to the tenants, <br />which notice of opposition shall include a factual statement <br />of the grounds for such opposition. The Director shall <br />provide an opportunity to the Developer to respond to said <br />opposition in writing, upon receipt of which, or in the <br />event of no response, the Director shall make a <br />determination upon the opposition. Said determination may <br />be appealed by the Developer, the tenant or former tenan t , <br />or any interested person pursuant to the provisions of <br />Section 42.6. <br /> (d) Relocation Assistance. The Developer of a <br />Non-Residential Development shall provide the following <br />relocation assistance to each person or family who or which <br />conforms to the definition of a "lower income household" or <br />"very low income household", as said terms are defined in <br />Health and Safety Code Sections 50079.5 and 50105, <br />respectively, who or which is a tenant on or in the Affected <br />Property or whose tenancy therein or thereon was terminated <br />by the Developer or Owner wi thin the six (6) months next <br />preceding the date of the Developer's statement described in <br /> 6 <br />
