<br /> DES:dft 8/21/91R (006/10) <br /> 8/26/9lR <br /> "Section 18.231. Maximum Term. The maximum term of a <br /> Reimbursement Agreement shall be ten (10 ) years. Upon <br /> expiration of the term, all obligations of the City <br /> thereunder to collect the Reimbursement Charge and to <br /> reimburse the Applicant shall cease. <br /> "Section 18.232. Reimbursement Charge Account. The <br /> Director of Finance shall provide for the accounting of the <br /> collection and payment of Reimbursement Charges. Nothing <br /> herein contained shall require the City to segregate <br /> Reimbursement Charges collected by the City from general <br /> funds of the City or to maintain special funds or accounts <br /> for such charges. <br /> "Section 18.233. Limitation. By entering into a <br /> Reimbursement Agreemen4::, the City shall not be deemed an <br /> insurer of payment to the Applicant of any Reimbursement <br /> Charge or Charges or otherwise guarantee the collection and <br /> payment over to the Applicant of any Reimbursement Charge." <br /> SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 2003 entitled, "Ordinance Adding <br />Article XIII to Chapter 13 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br />City Establishing a Procedure for the Construction of Public <br />Improvements Pursuant to Reimbursement Agreements" adopted <br />October 30, 1989, is hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 4. It is hereby declared to be the intention of the <br />Council that the sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses and <br />phrases of the Article added to Chapter 18 of the Code of the <br />City or Redwood City by this ordinance are severable, and if any <br />phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph or section of said Article <br /> 2l <br /> - <br />
