<br /> DES:dft 8/21/91R (006/10) <br /> S/26/91R <br />the appraised or estimated Excess Costs equal or exceed the <br />foregoing amount, the Director shall prepare the report <br />described in Section 18.212; provided, that the Applicant <br />shall first deposit with the City the estimated costs (as <br />determined by the Director) of preparlng said report and <br />conducting all proceedings through and including the <br />adoption of the resolution described in Section 18.222, <br />which costs shall be nonrefundable by the City, but which <br />shall be included in the Costs of the Improvements. <br /> "Section 18.212. Director's Report. Upon determining <br />initially that the Excess Costs related to the Supplemental <br />. <br />Improvements equal or exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars <br />($50,000.00) , the Director shall prepare a report to the <br />Council which shall include the following: <br /> ( a) The initial determin.ation of the Costs of the <br /> Improvements, including the Supplemental <br /> Improvements; <br /> (b) A description of each Benefited Property by legal <br /> description, Assessor's parcel number, or other <br /> description sufficient to identify the same; <br /> (c) The names and addresses of the O,.¡ner s of each <br /> Benefited Property. <br /> (d) A general description of the Improvements and the <br /> portion thereof constituting the Supplemental <br /> Improvements. <br /> (e) A description of the Benefit Area, which may be in <br /> the form of a plat or map; <br /> 8 <br />
