<br /> DAL:dft 1/5/91 (002/10) <br /> J/ll/91R <br /> SECTION 1. A duly noticed public hearing on the <br />disestablishment of the Downtown Parking and Business Improvement. <br />Area No. 1 (see Exhibit A), established by Ordinance No. 1359 (a <br />copy of which ordinance is on file with the City Clerk and <br />incorporated by reference herein as though set forth in full) , <br />was held at the City Council Meeting of the City of Redwood City <br />on Monday, March 11, 1991, at 7:30 p.m. , Board of Supervisors <br />Chambers, 401 Marshall Street, Redwood City, California. <br /> SECTION 2. At said public hearing the City Council received <br />all evidence, heard and considered all persons on the <br />disestablishment of the Downtown Parking and Business Improvement <br />Area No. lo <br /> SECTION 3. The City Council finds that there were no <br />protests which includes protests not withdrawn from the <br />businesses who are assessed in the Downtown Parking and Business <br />Improvement Area No. 1 regarding the disestablishment. The City <br />Council finds that there is not a majority prot.est. to the <br />disestablishment. <br /> SECTION 4. Ordinance No. 1359 is therefore repealed and the <br />Downtown Parking and Business Improvement Area No. 1 is hereby <br />disest.ablished. <br /> SECTION 5. All asset.s and monies of t.he Down t.own Parking <br />and Business Improvement Area No. 1 shall be used to pay off <br />outstanding debts and obligat.ions incurred by the Downtown <br />Parking and Business Improvement Area No. 1 and if any asset.s or <br />monies is left then said monies and the monies derived from the <br />sale of the assets will be refunded to the Owners of the <br /> 2 2035 <br /> _.._.___._.'u <br />
