<br />Thirty Four Thousand Eight Hundred and No/100 Dollars <br />($34,800.00) for the payment of principal and interest on Redwood <br />City General Improvement District No. 2-65 Bonds, for deposit in the <br />Redwood City General Improvement District 2-65 Funds, and the special <br />tax rate therefor is hereby levied and fixed at $.0012 on each One <br />Hundred dollars of the assessed value of all taxable real property <br />within the limits of General Improvement District No. 2-65 as said <br />District was established by Resolution No. 4591, adopted by the City <br />Council of the City of Redwood City on March 15, 1965, together with <br />all territory thereafter annexed thereto. <br />SECTION 3. REPEAL. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br />conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 4. SEVERABILITY. If any section, sentence, clause or <br />phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held by a Court of <br />competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect <br />the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance, and the City <br />Council hereby declares that it would have adopted said ordinance and <br />each section, sentence, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the <br />fact that anyone or more section, sentence, clause or phrase be <br />declared invalid. <br />SECTION 5. TRANSMITTAL TO COUNTY. The City Clerk is hereby <br />directed to transmit certified copies of this ordinance to the Auditor <br />of the County of San Mateo in accordance with Section 51551 of the <br />Government Code and to such other County officials as may find it <br />convenient or necessary to utilize this ordinance. <br />SECTION 6. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. This ordinance shall take <br />effect and be in force upon its adoption. <br /> * * * <br /> 2027 <br />
