<br />Section 4. And it is further ordained that any voter who desires
<br />to vote in-f<jvor amending any or any one or all of the sections of the
<br />Charter of Redwood City mentioned herein or in favor of the proposals
<br />to add said new sections to said Charter of the City of Redwood City
<br />mentioned herein may do so by stamping a cross (X)in the voting square
<br />on the right hand margin of his ballot and after and opposite the word
<br />YES, and after and opposite the proposed amendment he favors, and after
<br />such ballot shall be so stamped and deposited in the ballot box it shall
<br />vaneassed and counted as pvatided by law as a vote in favor of such
<br />amendment and accepting the same.
<br />Any voter who desires to vote ag!IBtt the amending of any one or
<br />all of the sections of the charter of the City of Redwood City mentioned
<br />herein or against the proposals to add said new sections to said charter
<br />of the City of Redwood City mentioned herein may do so try stamping a
<br />cross (X) in the voting square on the right hand margin of his ballot
<br />and after and o posits the word N0, and after and opposite the proposed•
<br />amendment he rejects, and after such ballot shall be so stamped and
<br />de-osited in the ballot box it shall be canvassed and counted as pro-
<br />vided by law as e. vote against such amendment and rejecting the same.
<br />The cross (X) shall be made only with a stamp, which, with the
<br />necessary pads and ink will be provided for each booth for the purpose.
<br />Section 5. This ordinance shall be published in the Redwood City
<br />Tribune, a daily newspaper of general circulation published, printed and
