RESOLUTION 13884 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE TOWN OF ATHERTON FOR VEHICLE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AND FUEL <br />PURCHASING; <br />Council Member Jordan questioned whether contracting out to other agencies meant the City has <br />extra staff or not enough work to do. <br />M/S Hartnett/Howard to approve the resolution. The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by <br />those present. <br />L. Traffic Impact Fee Project List and Transportation Impact Fee Schedule; (702) <br />i) M/S Hartnett/Howrd to ADOPT ORDINANCE 2191 ADDING ARTICLE XV <br />(COMMENCING WITH SECTION 18.244) TO CHAPTER 18 OF THE CODE OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO TRANSPORTATION IMPACT <br />FEES FOR NEW DEVELOPMENT (adoption of ordinance, first reading was on <br />4/3/2000); <br />ii) M/S Hartnett/Howard to ADOPT RESOLUTION 13885 APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />SCHEDULE OF TRAFFIC IMPACT MITIGATION FEE PROJECTS AND SCHEDULE OF <br />TRANSPORTATION IMPACT FEES; <br />The motions passed by a majority roll call vote with Council Member Jordan voting no and <br />Council Member Ira absent. <br />4. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br />Council Member Jordan asked if Building Inspectors are cross trained to do Code Enforcement <br />work and expressed dissatisfaction with providing work to other agencies when our own City <br />has an oversupply of code enforcement issues. She stated that if there is extra time, Building <br />Inspectors could use their extra time to work on the backlog of Code Enforcement issues in <br />Redwood City. <br />City Manager Everett to provide a report on services provided to other agencies. <br />5. STAFF REPORTS <br />A. Rolison Road Items; (100) <br />Housing Coordinator Jones - Thomas explained the project as a result of a commitment on <br />property owned by the City and Redevelopment Agency.
