Phase III — Delivery Schedule: <br />The completion date shall be agreed to by both the City and the Consultant prior to <br />commencement of additional as -needed work. <br />E. COMPENSATION <br />Consultant shall perform the Scope of Work described for an amount not to exceed <br />twenty-six thousand and three and 00/100 dollars ($26,003.00).
