EXHIBIT "A" <br />Consultant shall perform the following services: <br />TASK 1: PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br />1. Progress Reports <br />a. Submit progress reports with each monthly invoice <br />2. Data Review <br />a. Review the City's existing data, such as GIS files, WQMP sampling <br />documents and results <br />b. Evaluate additional data needs <br />3. Quality Assurance/Control <br />a. Perform comprehensive quality control of all work items being prepared for <br />delivery to the City <br />4. Meetings <br />a. Coordinate up to two (2) meetings <br />b. Provide updates on project progress, present interim results, review data <br />request log, discuss project methodologies, and review draft and final <br />deliverables <br />TASK 2: EXISTING WATER QUALITY MONITORING PLAN REVIEW <br />1. Review City's existing WQMP and sampling procedures <br />a. Review sampling station locations with respect to City's' distribution <br />system pressure zones and evaluate whether water from all pressure <br />zones and system reservoirs are being sampled <br />b. Review current WQMP sampling protocols and schedule <br />c. Develop recommended modifications to align with updated regulations, <br />including, but not limited to, the Federal and State rTCR, Lead and Copper <br />Rule, and chromium VI MCL <br />TASK 3: WATER QUALITY MONITORING PLAN MODIFICATION <br />1. Draft WQMP <br />a. Prepare required documentation for submission of an updated WQMP. <br />This will include, but not be limited to: <br />i. Modifications to the City's Bacteriological Sample Siting Plan <br />1. Identification of routine, replacement and repeat sampling <br />locations <br />2. Identification of MCL requirements and revised sampling <br />requirements for total coliforms and E. coli <br />ii. Modifications to the City's Lead and Copper testing section <br />iii.
