<br /> DES:dJ.K 05/17/90 (001/9) <br /> DES:djk OS/21/90R <br /> DES:djk 06/11/90R <br />the Director finds that no violation has occurred, the Director <br />shall order that the service shall not be terminated. If, upon <br />completion of the hearing, the Director determines that such <br />violation has occurred, or is occurring, the Director may order <br />the water service to be terminated, or may order that service be <br />terminated within a specified period of time unless such <br />violation or the conditions or activities causing such violations <br />cease forthwith, or within a specified period of time, or the <br />Director may make such other order as he or she deems appropriate <br />under the circumstances and in furtherance of the purposes and <br />intent of this ordinance. <br /> SECTION 11. APPEALS. (a) Water Conservation Committee. <br /> (1) Established. There lS hereby established a Water <br />Conservation Committee which shall consist of three (3 ) members <br />appointed by the Council. The term of office for each member of <br />the Committee shall expire 120 days following the repeal of this <br />ordinance, or upon such earlier date as the Committee shall <br />determine in order to complete its pending business upon such <br />repeal; provided, that if this ordinance is not repealed wi thin <br />three years of the date of its adoption, the term of office of <br />each member of the Committee shall be three years. The Committee <br />shall elect one of its members to be its chairperson, and another <br />such member to be its secretary. The chairperson shall preside <br />over all meetings of the Committee, and the secretary shall keep <br />accurate records of proceedings before the Committee. <br /> Upon notification by the City Clerk of the filing of an <br />appeal pursuant to subdivision ( 2) hereof, the Committee shall <br /> 12 <br /> ....w..·.·_ <br />
