- 9 - THENCE; leaving said Southerly line of Spring Street, South 28 Degrees, 20 Minutes West along a line parallel with and distant 100.0 feet more or less Easterly from the Northeasterly line of Chestnut Street to the most North- erly corner of the lands described in that certain JOINT TENANCY GRANT DEED recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo on June 9, 1982. under Recorder's Serial No. 82048032. THENCE; Southwesterly, along the Northwesterly line of said lands, South 28 Degrees, 20 Minutes West a distance of 43.6 feet more or less to a point on the Southeasterly line of the lands described in that certain CORPORATION GRANT DEED recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo on September 24, 1982, under Recorder's Serial No. 82082488. THENCE; Southwesterly, along the Southeasterly line of said lands, South 28 Degrees, 20 Minutes West a distance of 132.4 feet more or less to the most Easterly corner of the lands described in that certain GRANT DEED recorded in the office of the Recorder of -the County of San Mateo on April 9, 1976, in Volume 7084 of Official Records at Page 195. . THENCE; continuing Southwesterly, and along the Southeasterly line of said lands, South 28 Degrees, 20 Minutes West a distance of 100.0 feet more or less to a point on the Northeasterly line of Stambaugh Street, 60.00 feet in width. THENCE; across Stambaugh Street, Southwesterly a distance of 60.00 feet to a point where the Northeasterly line of Lot 12, 8lock 51 intersects the Southwesterly line of Stambaugh Street as said lot and block are shown on the sa id map ent it led "MAP OF THE EASTERN ADDITION OF REDWOOD CITY". THENCE; South 28 Degrees, 20 Minutes West, parallel with the Northeasterly line of Chestnut Street and 100.0 feet more or less distant therefrom, a distance of 288.0 feet more or less to a point on the Northeasterly line of Middlefield Road, 84.00 feet in width (formerly known as Phelps Street, 60.00 feet in width). THENCE; continuing South 28 Degrees, 20 Minutes West, across Middlefield Road, a distance of'84.00 feet to a point where the Southwesterly line of Middlefield Road intersects the Northwesterly line of lands described in that certain GRANT DEED recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo on December 24, 1964, in Volume 4865 of Official Records at Page 31l. THENCE; Southeasterly, along the Southwesterly line of Middlefield Road, a distance of 50.0 feet more or less to the most Easterly corner of said lands. THENCE; Southwesterly, along the Southeasterly line of said lands, South 28 Degrees, 20 Minutes West a distance of 88.0 feet more or less to a point on the Northeasterly line of Lot 3, Block 52 as said lot and block are shown on the said map entitled "MAP OF THE EASTERN ADDITION OF REDWOOD CITY".
