Swezey, Partner adjoining property 1023 Chestnut Street from district Redwood City, CA 94063 NOW, THEREFORE; THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The foregoing recitals are, and each of them is, true and correct and the Council so determines. SECTION 2. The Council of the City of Redwood City hereby finds and determines that the public necessity, health, safety and welfare require amending the boundaries of Underground Utility District No. 1986-1 to accomplish the purposes set forth in Resolution No. 11242, adopted March 19, 1990, by said Council; and this Council hereby further finds and determines that each and all of the following specific matters in furtherance of the general public interest exist with relation to amending the boundaries of said Underground Utility District: (a) Such undergrounding within the amended boundaries of the District will avoid or eliminate a heavy concentration of overhead electric facilities. (b) The streets, roads or rights of way within the amended boundaries of the District are extensively used by the general public and carry a heavy volume of pedestrian and vehicular traffic. SECTION 3. The boundaries of the District are hereby amended and determined to be as set forth and described in "Exhibit A", attached hereto and incorporated herein. Reference is hereby made to the map of said District boundaries as shown on 2 2 015 ._....... .,.
