<br /> DES:d~1, 08/23/89 (028/7) <br /> owner, or subdivider of property who applies for a <br /> reimbursement agreement pursuant to the provisions of <br /> this Article with respect to the construction of public <br /> improvements, a portion of which benefits the <br /> applicant's property. <br /> Benefit Area - means the area comprising all lands <br /> benefited by the public improvements, or any portion <br /> thereof, constructed pursuant to this Article with <br /> respect to which a reimbursement agreement has been <br /> entered into. <br /> Benefited Property - means any parcel or parcels of <br /> improved or unimproved real property benefited by any <br /> public improvement, or any portion thereof, constructed <br /> pursuant to this Article with respect to which a <br /> reimbursement agreement has been entered into. <br /> Costs of the Improvements - means the cost of <br /> construction of the improvements (defined hereinafter), <br /> determined initially by estimate prepared by the <br /> Director and, subsequently, by the bid accepted by the <br /> Council for the construction of the improvements, <br /> together with all incidental costs, including, but not <br /> necessarily limited to, costs incurred by the City in <br /> processing the application for the reimbursement <br /> agreement proposed to be entered into relating to the <br /> construction of the improvements, engineering and legal <br /> costs incurred by or on behalf of the City in <br /> connection therewith, preparation or review of legal <br /> 3 <br /> -- ~ ._,~,__.m_ <br />
