Options <br />Council has the following options: <br /> <br />Initiate the Amendments <br />Staff will proceed with review process for the project. <br />Initiation of the GPA is not a project approval. <br /> <br />Deny the request <br />If the Applicant chose to proceed, the application would <br />need to be modified to meet current development caps. <br /> <br />An EIR will be required for the amendments and currently proposed <br />project, but not necessarily for a modified/different project. <br />Preparation of the EIR is currently underway. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
