Why Analyze Full Amount? <br />The remaining office space (35K) is “projected”, and relies on buildings <br />being demolished. <br />There is no office cap space remaining if buildings do not come down <br />If the buildings are demolished, staff recommends reserving the <br />remaining space for additions to existing buildings. A portion of the <br />future office space is also dedicated to the office building at the <br />Powerhouse site. <br />This approach allows the full impact of building to be analyzed, rather <br />than the incremental impact <br />
