EXHIBIT "A" Legal Description for Public Access Easement 2215 EI Camino Real Redwood City CA BEING a Public Access Easement over, upon and across a portion of that certain real property located in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, said real property being further described as Lots 15 and 16, Block 9, as shown on the map entitled "MAP OF THE EASTERN ADDITION OF REDWOOD CITY" and recorded in Book 18 of Maps at Page 6 in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, and furthermore said portion of real property also being more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at the most southerly corner of said Lot 15; THENCE along the southeasterly line of said Lot 15, said southeasterly line also being the northwesterly line of Willow Street, 60.00 feet wide, as shown on said map, North 28020'00" East, 7.19 feet to a point where said northwesterly line of Willow Street intersects the northeasterly line of the State Highway, known as EI Camino Real, as created by the "Grant Deed" to the State of California, recorded September 23, 1940 in Book 911 of Official Records at Page 455 in the Official Records of said County, said point of intersection also being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE along said northeasterly line of El Camino Real, North 48021'58" West, 141.98 feet to the beginning point of a non -tangent curve, concave northeasterly and having a radius of 72.00 feet, a radial line to said beginning point bears South 41037'38" West; THENCE northwesterly along said curve, through a central angle of 70°56'00", an arc length of 89.14 feet to a point of intersection with a non -tangent curve, concave easterly and having a radius of 60.00 feet, a radial line to said point of intersection bears North 67°26'28" West; THENCE southerly along said non tangent curve, through a central angle of 43026'31", an arc length of 45.49 feet; THENCE tangent to said non -tangent curve, South 20°53'00" East, 6.89 feet to the beginning point of a tangent curve, concave northeasterly and having a radius of 68.00 feet; THENCE southeasterly along said curve, through a central angle of 27028'58", an arc length of 32.62 feet; THENCE South 48°21'58" East, 142.58 feet to said northwesterly line of Willow Street; REV: 02-03-17 PR ATTY/AGR/2017.027/PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENT - 2215 ECR - EXHIBIT A
