<br /> MJP:dj~ 02/28/89 (013/07) <br />SECTION 5. Section 17.5 is hereby added to the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City to read as follows: <br />"Section 17.5. Severability. If any section, <br />sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance is for any <br />reason held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be <br />invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the <br />remaining portions of this ordinance." <br />SECTION 6. Section 17.6 is hereby added to the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City to read as follows: <br />"Section 17.6. Effective Date.
