When finally confirmed, the City Clerk <br />shall transmit certified copies of the statement to the <br />County Assessor and to the County Tax Collector, <br />respectively. Additionally, at the time of delivery of the <br />annual statement of tax rates, assessments or other charges <br />to be collected on the tax roll, the City Clerk shall <br />include a statement of any expenses to be collected with the <br />municipal taxes, assessments, and charges pursuant to this <br />Article. <br />In addition to the foregoing statements, the City Clerk <br />shall execute and file in the office of the County Recorder <br />a certificate of lien in substantially the following form: <br /> 'NOTICE OF LIEN <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 14.B1 of the Code <br />of the City of Redwood City the City Council of said <br />City has confirmed the costs of abatement of a nuisance <br />or nuisances on the real property described in Exhibit <br />A hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein, and assessed the costs of such <br />abatement upon said real property which costs, nor any <br />portion thereof, have not been paid.
