<br /> DES:djy 0/31/88 (#006/7) <br /> DES:djk Ll/10/88R (#006/7) <br /> DES:djk 12/28/88R (#006/7) <br />the following described conditions or objects caused, <br />permitted, maintained, or otherwise allowed to remain in <br />existence on, in, under, or above premises constitutes a <br />public nuisance: <br /> (a) Garbage or refuse not kept in watertight cans or <br /> receptacles in accordance with the provisions of <br /> Article II of this Chapter, as said provisions may <br /> from time to time be amended, revised, replaced or <br /> superseded. <br /> (b) Garbage or refuse cans or receptacles kept or <br /> maintained so as to be visible from any public <br /> street, sidewalk, or place; provided, that nothing <br /> herein contained shall be deemed to prohibit <br /> temporary placement of such cans or receptacles at <br /> curbside or at such other place as may be <br /> specified by the City for the collection of <br /> garbage and refuse. <br /> (c) Weeds, rubbish, dirt, or rank growths, as said <br /> terms are defined and described in Section 14.38 <br /> of this Chapter, as said section may from time to <br /> time be amended, revised, replaced or superseded. <br /> (d) Vines, or climbing plants growing into, over, on <br /> or upon, any street tree, fire hydrant, pole or <br /> electrolier; or any shrub, vine, or other plant <br /> growing on, around or in front of any fire <br /> hydrant, alarm box, standpipe, sprinkler system <br /> connection or any other appliance or facility <br /> 3 <br /> 1 ~(.l; 9 <br /> .-..",......-. <br />
