<br /> plaster, brick, cement, concrete blocks, roofing
<br /> materials, paint cans and similar materials.
<br />(k) Any fence, carport, lattice work, arbor, shed, or
<br /> other structure or thing on private property
<br /> abutting, fronting upon, or visible from any
<br /> public street, sidewalk or place, or visible from
<br /> adjoining private property, which is in a broken,
<br /> leaning, fallen, decayed or other dilapidated or
<br /> unsafe condition.
<br />(1) Any swimming pool, pond, or other body of water
<br /> which is abandoned, unattended, unfiltered, or
<br /> otherwise not maintained, so as to contain
<br /> polluted water. As used herein 'polluted water'
<br /> means water which contains bacterial growth,
<br /> including algae, insect remains, remains of
<br /> deceased animals, reptiles, rubbish, refuse,
<br /> debris, paper, and any other matter or material
<br /> which, because of its nature or location,
<br /> constitutes an unhealthy, unsafe or unsightly
<br /> condition.
<br />(m) Any inoperative automobile, trailer, house
<br /> trailer, camper, van, truck, pickup truck,
<br /> recreational vehicle, boat, or other vehicle, or
<br /> parts thereof unused and unattended for a period
<br /> of one hundred twenty (120) consecutive hours and
<br /> visible from any other private property or any
<br /> public street, sidewalk, or place.
