<br /> DES:mmg 7/20/88 (# 6) <br />and all ordinances amending said Ordinance No. 1952, and resolutions <br />authorizing or revising appropriations mentioned therein, and all <br />ordinances in conflict with the terms of this ordinance to the extent <br />of such conflict, are hereby repealed, as of the effective date' of <br />this ordinance. <br /> SECTION 9. Effective Date and Operative Date.
