<br /> DAS'bjl 06/16/88 (#6) <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1970 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> --------- JUL 1 1 1988 <br />ORDINANCE ADOPTING CHAPTER 6, (COMPRISED OF SECTIONS <br />3330.0 THROUGH 3330.16), OF PART TWO, DIVISION III, <br />OF THE SAN MATEO COUNTY ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO <br />ANIMAL CONTROL, AND SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES FOR <br />ANIMALS; AND AMENDING SECTION 5.1 OF CHAPTER 5 OF <br />THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Section 5.1 of Chapter 5 of the Redwood Code is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 5.1. County Regulations Adopted. <br />" (a) Pursuant to Section 50022.1, et seq. of the California <br />Government Code and Section 15 of the Charter of the City of <br />Redwood City, Chapter 6 of Part Two, Division III, <br />(Comprised of Section 3330.0 through 3330.16), of the Code <br />of Ordinances of the County of San Mateo, California, (as <br />adopted on September 15, 1987, and amended on May 17, 1988, <br />by the County of San Mateo, California) , is hereby adopted, <br />and shall be in effect wi thin the City of Redwood City to <br />the same extent as if set forth in full herein, except as <br />expressly amended by the provisions of this article. <br />" (b) In the event of any conflict between the provisions of <br />Chapter 6 of Part Two, Division III, of the Code of <br />Ordinances of the County of San Mateo, California, <br />hereinafter referred to as 'The Animal Control Ordinance' , <br />and the provisions of this article, the provisions of this <br />article shall govern." <br />SECTION 2.
