<br />Unit 118A <br />· Living room: open ceiling, heavy accumulation of boxes, access to this unit <br />was difficult due to the amount of items stored in front room including several <br />sheets of plywood, ladder, large accumulation of plastic grocery bags, <br />several window frames and panes; <br />· Kitchen: approximately 75 percent of the ceiling (sheet rock) fallen in due to <br />leaky roof exposing attic from the floor, broken glass on floor, severe water <br />damage from leaky roof, no water, electricity or gas, evidence of termites; <br />· Garage: an electrical cord going to the inside of unit; <br />· Bathroom: toilet does not flush; <br />· Bedroom: large accumulation of boxes, one with medical supplies (syringes); <br />and <br />· Attic: hole in roof creates visibility to attic; and <br />· Exterior: graffiti. <br /> <br />Unit 120 <br />· Living room: room full of items, no walking space – tables, buckets, <br />toolboxes, boxes, bags full of garbage; <br />· Kitchen: counter full of combustible materials including paint cans, fertilizer <br />cans and clean-up sprays, microphone is dropping do wn from the ceiling, <br />large accumulation of boxes filled with newspaper, evidence of rodents <br />including raccoon excrement; <br />· Garage: lawn mower, ladders, large plastic piping; <br />· Bathroom: not working, bathroom used as storage, bathtub is full of more <br />boxes, toilet is also being used to hold up more boxes; <br />· Bedroom: storing empty gas cans, more paint cans and other boxes and <br />tools; and <br />· Exterior: several buckets and pile of bricks found in front door way entrance. <br /> <br />Unit 120A <br />Note: This is the only unit that had electricity, gas, and water. <br />· Living room: completely obstructed with boxes filled with various items, <br />computers and manuals , a bed deep in the room, next to the fireplace, <br />boxed in with a severe accumulation of bags of garbage, an electrical <br />machine of some kind was connected to a power strip and receiving <br />electricity as it was showing a red light; <br />· Kitchen: completely non-functional due to storage of garbage bags and other <br />items over the counters and floor area, storage of coins in the closet shelves, <br />food containers; <br />· Garage: large accumulation of bins filled with items, no pathway; <br />· Bathroom: Not able to gain entry, blocked with pile of debris; <br />· Bedroom: storing paper towels, canned food, large accumulation of boxes; <br />and <br />· Exterior: medical package outside of unit has been abandoned there for <br />7.B. - Page 7
