The following inspection report details the condition of the units <br />at the time of inspection and recommended remedies for each unit. <br /> <br />CONDITION OF UNITS <br />Unit 112 <br /> <br /> EXTERIOR: Stucco cracked, broken windows and extensive graffiti <br /> <br /> INTERIOR: <br /> Living Room: Large accumulations of paper boxes filled with newspapers <br /> Kitchen: Refrigerator not working (no electricity), contained food items in a state of <br />decomposition, no water, no gas <br /> Bathroom: Dirty and non-functional, toilet clogged to the brim with black water and <br />human excrement <br /> Bedroom: Black mold, ceiling leaking <br /> Garage: Tin cans and a fire extinguisher <br /> <br />Unit 112A <br /> <br /> EXTERIOR: Stucco cracking at the ground level <br /> <br /> INTERIOR: <br /> Living Room: Large accumulation of liquid weed killer containers, severe damage to <br />the ceiling-collapsing due to leaks, flies present <br /> Kitchen: Beer bottles and cans found on counters, no water, electricity or gas <br /> Bathroom: Bucket of urine in bathtub <br /> Bedroom: Human excrement on floor <br /> Attic: Beer cans, food, clothes and used condoms <br /> Garage: Human excrement and toilet paper throughout <br /> <br />Unit 114 <br /> <br /> EXTERIOR: Stucco cracking at the ground level near the garage <br /> <br /> INTERIOR: <br /> Living Room: Ceiling wall cracked, storage of chain linked fence materials such as <br />posts, rolls of chain links and cement bags, boxes filled with newspapers <br /> Kitchen: No electricity, gas or water, window unsecured <br /> Bedroom: No carbon or smoke detectors, cigarettes butts, and boxes of newspaper <br />7.B. - Page 22
